WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Thank you for shopping at The Preoccupied Potter!

To submit a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with details of your purchase. We will ask you to supply images to illustrate the fault. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacement times may vary depending on stock availabilty at the time.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Return Shipping fee is covered at the customer's expense

How long will it take to process my order? 
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your parcel is on it's way, along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel and notify you when your parcel has been delivered. (Please note some international shipping methods do not provide tracking unless you select this option prior)
